My customer is requesting a that we include a ballooned drawing with our AS9102 inspection reports. What is a ballooned drawing and why is it not listed as part of the AS9102 standard? Any help is appreciated.

How do other folks out there deal with suppliers who insist on charging a seperate dollar amount for each AS9102 First Article Inspection report? It seems to me this is just good quality control and they should be measuring their parts anyhow already. Help!
